Provisions for Retention of Employee Seniority during Sickness or Injury. Absence due to bona fide illness or injury shall not be cause for discharge or loss of seniority providing the Company is notified of such illness or injury. The employee shall notify the Company when he is able to return to work. However, an employee off work as set out above shall not by virtue of his absence, retain seniority over a senior employee who has been laid off.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement.
