Provisions for Special Arrangements. These Implementation Procedures provide for designated officials within the FAA and ANAC to make special arrangements -- with respect to design approval, production activities, export airworthiness approval, post design approval, or technical assistance -- in unique situations which have not been specifically addressed in these Implementation Procedures, but which are anticipated by the BASA.
