Common use of PTO Hours Clause in Contracts

PTO Hours. From the thirty-seventh (37th) full month to and including the eighty-fourth (84th) full month of continuous employment, employees shall accrue PTO at the rate of 0.09462 hours per straight-time hour compensated (0.09462 x 2080 annual hours = 196.8 PTO hours).
