PUBLIC AND PROMOTIONAL EVENTS. In addition to the standard investment opportunity meetings, breakfast, lunch and evening refreshments, and hors d'oeuvres, the project may require the development of public and promotional events. These public and promotional events are usually hosted by the Bank to attract specific target market segments, for example: A. Physicians—flow to make money in a managed care environment B. Small Business Professionals—Getting your Banker to say "Yes" C. Or events targeted to women, minorities, special interest groups, or any market segment necessary to attract investors D. Wealth Building and/or Financial Planning E. The State of the Economy and Your Business It is not possible to determine now at the inception of this working Agreement what type of public and promotional event(s) may be necessary or how many public and promotional events will be needed. If these types of events are determined to be necessary during the development of the Capital Acquisition Program strategy or later, during its implementation, Bankmark will meet with Bank Management to discuss the recommendations and develop a budget accordingly. The public and promotional events have been essential during Bankmark's last four projects to raise significant awareness regarding the: a) offering circular b) help close the offering circular by creating a sense of urgency c) creating greater visibility with businesses and professionals

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

  • NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC EVENTS AND MEETINGS 2 A. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR of any public event or meeting funded in 3 whole or in part by the COUNTY, except for those events or meetings that are intended solely to serve 4 clients or occur in the normal course of business. 5 B.   • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • VACANCIES AND PROMOTIONS 10.1 All openings for instructional and administrative positions shall be posted on the District website. Notice of these vacancies shall be posted at least five (5) work days prior to the filling of such vacancy. Vacancies which occur during June, July, and August shall be posted for only four (4) work days. Vacancies that occur within one week of the beginning of school, within one week after the Deputy Superintendent’s FTE mini-count, or during the school year due to a resignation or approved transfer, may be filled prior to the job closing if a qualified applicant is available. Vacancies that occur in “Critical Shortage Areas” shall be advertised in accordance with the contract but may be filled prior to the job closing, with an available, certified and qualified applicant. If no one is chosen from that school, then the vacancy will be advertised county wide for an additional five (5) work days. 10.3 If positions are not properly advertised within the provisions of Article X, the Association may file a grievance at Step 2 of the grievance provision. 10.4 Applicants selected for interviews shall be from the pool of certified and qualified applicants only. Certified: Hold a valid in-field Florida temporary or professional certificate that matches the certification(s) required for the position being advertised. Qualified: Anyone using the High Objective Uniform State Standard of Evaluation (HOUSSE) plan to qualify must meet the criteria outlined in School Board policy and match the certification required for the position being advertised. Alternately, state-certified teachers may also be required to "qualify" for positions by holding additional endorsements such as ESOL, Reading, and Gifted. Exception: Applicants applying for positions that require district-granted CTE certification (non-transferable) need not hold that certification prior to being selected for an interview but must meet the minimum criteria outlined in the district's Process for Granting District CTE Certificates.
