Public Awareness Campaigns. 13. The Borrower shall cause the PPCs to ensure timely flow of funds from the PPMUs to the VWUs allocated for the Project activities under Part D. The Borrower shall also ensure that (a) the VWUs work effectively with the respective PPMUs to implement the community environmental sanitation and public awareness campaigns under Part D, (b) at least 50 percent of the motivators selected for the public awareness campaign are female, and (c) at least 30 percent of the teams formed to discuss the Project with communities are composed of female members.
