PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL ACCESS. The Access Corporation, as designated by the Issuing Authority, shall continue to be responsible for the provision of Public, Educational and Governmental ("PEG") Access Programming to Subscribers, pursuant to the provisions of this Article 6 herein.
