---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) In order that the Town and/or its designee(s) can cablecast its Programming over the PEG Access Downstream Channels, PEG Access programming shall be modulated by the Issuing Authority or its designee and, thereafter, transmission of said signal over the I-Net shall be the responsibility of the Licensee.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) In order that the Town and/or its designee(s) can cablecast its Programming over the PEG Access Downstream Channels, PEG Access programming shall be modulated, then transmitted on the Institutional Network from an Institutional Network drop site to the Headend, without charge, for such purpose. At the Headend, said Access programming shall be retransmitted in the downstream direction on one of the three (3) Downstream PEG Access Channels.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) In order that PEG Access Programming can be cablecast over Licensee’s downstream PEG Access Channel, all PEG Access Programming shall be modulated, then transmitted from an origination location listed in Exhibit C to Licensee-owned headend or hub-site on a Licensee- owned upstream channel made available, without charge, to the Town for its use. At Licensee- owned headend, said PEG Access Programming shall be retransmitted in the downstream direction on one Licensee-owned Subscriber Network downstream PEG Access Channels.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) For the period from the Effective Date through October 15, 2019, in order that the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) can cablecast its PEG Access Programming over the Subscriber Network PEG Access Downstream Channels, all PEG Access Programming shall be modulated by the Town and/or its designee(s), then transmitted from the PEG Access studio and/or from any of the other locations in the Town with Origination Capability identified in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to the Cable System Headend or Hub, on the Institutional Network , without charge, to the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) for their use.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) In order that the Issuing Authority, its designee(s) and/or the Access Corporation can cablecast its PEG Access Programming over the Subscriber Network PEG Access Downstream Channels, all PEG Access Programming shall be modulated by the Town and/or the Access Corporation from any Origination Location listed in Exhibit 4 to the Cable System Headend or Hub, on the Licensee’s existing fiber-optic link made available, without charge, to the Issuing Authority, its designee(s) and/or the Access Corporation for their use.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) In order that the City and the Access Corporation can cablecast Access programming over the three (3) PEG Access Channels, all PEG Access programming shall be modulated, then transmitted from any location in the City with Origination Capability to the I•Net Hub Site, on one of the I-Net Upstream Channels made available, without charge, for such purpose. At the Hub Site, said Access programming shall be retransmitted in the downstream direction on one of the three (3) Downstream SD PEG Access Channels and three (3) HD PEG Access Channels.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) In order that the Town and/or the Access Corporation can cablecast its Programming over the PEG Access Downstream Channels, all PEG programming shall be modulated, then transmitted from any location with Origination Capability, as listed in Exhibit 8 hereto, to the Cable System Headend or Hub, on upstream bandwidth made available, without charge, to the Town and the Access Corporation for their use.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) In order that the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) can cablecast its PEG Access Programming over the Subscriber Network PEG Access Downstream Channels, all PEG Access Programming shall be modulated by the Town and/or its designee(s) from any Origination Location listed in Exhibit 2 to the Cable System Headend or Hub-Site without charge, to the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) for their use. After six (6) months from the Execution Date of this License, all PEG Access Programming shall subsequently be modulated by the Town and/or its designee(s) from the Licensee's PEG Access Hub-Site in the Town to the Cable System Headend, without charge, to the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s), for their use.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) No later than September 30, 2010, in order that the Town and/or the Access Corporation can cablecast its Programming over the PEG Access Downstream Channels, the Licensee shall connect its Cable System to equipment owned by the Town and/or the Access Corporation at the PEG Access Hub Site, located at Pine St., Canton, MA, in order to cablecast all PEG Access Programming. The Town shall own, operate and maintain its fiber-optic network, which network shall be used to, among other things, transmit PEG Access Programming from remote locations within the Town to the PEG Access Hub Site. At the PEG Access Hub Site, the Town and/or the Access Corporation shall aggregate all of such PEG Access Programming Signals. The Licensee shall be responsible for the delivery of all of said aggregated PEG Access Programming Signals from the PEG Access Hub Site to the Licensee’s Headend, where said Signals shall be switched by the Licensee to the appropriate PEG Access Downstream Channel(s), without charge(s) to the Town and/or the Access Corporation. Until September 30, 2010, the Licensee shall continue to be responsible for operating and maintaining its Institutional Network for Origination Capability, as said Institutional Network existed prior to the Effective Date of this Renewal License.
---PEG ACCESS CABLECASTING. (a) In order that the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) can cablecast its Programming over the PEG Access Downstream Channels, all PEG programming shall be modulated, then transmitted from the PEG Access studio to the Licensee’s Cable System Headend, on upstream bandwidth made available, without charge, to the Town and/or the Access Corporation for their use. The PEG Access studio is presently located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Lexington, MA 02421.
