Public Good. In using public funds to establish and operate critical telecommunications infrastructure, the Cooperative will serve the public good and in so doing uphold the highest standards in its practices, dealings and relationships.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Disclosure to FERC or its Staff Notwithstanding anything in this Section 17 to the contrary, and pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 1b.20, if FERC or its staff, during the course of an investigation or otherwise, requests information from one of the Interconnection Parties that is otherwise required to be maintained in confidence pursuant to this Interconnection Service Agreement, the Interconnection Party, shall provide the requested information to FERC or its staff, within the time provided for in the request for information. In providing the information to FERC or its staff, the Interconnection Party must, consistent with 18 C.F.R. § 388.122, request that the information be treated as confidential and non-public by FERC and its staff and that the information be withheld from public disclosure. Interconnection Parties are prohibited from notifying the other Interconnection Parties prior to the release of the Confidential Information to the Commission or its staff. An Interconnection Party shall notify the other Interconnection Parties to the Interconnection Service Agreement when it is notified by FERC or its staff that a request to release Confidential Information has been received by FERC, at which time any of the Interconnection Parties may respond before such information would be made public, pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 388.112.

  • Public Use Concessionaire’s operation and this Agreement shall not be construed so as to affect the privileges accorded to the public’s use of the Area, or to restrain or prevent individual persons or groups of persons from bringing their own food and beverages into the Area.

  • Not a Public Dedication Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of the Parcels to the general public or for the general public or for any public purpose whatsoever, it being the intention of the Owners hereto that this Declaration shall be strictly limited to and for the purposes herein expressed.

  • Public Entities If Contractor is a "public entity" within the meaning of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, §00-00-000, et seq., C.R.S. (the “GIA”), Contractor shall maintain, in lieu of the liability insurance requirements stated above, at all times during the term of this Contract such liability insurance, by commercial policy or self-insurance, as is necessary to meet its liabilities under the GIA. If a Subcontractor is a public entity within the meaning of the GIA, Contractor shall ensure that the Subcontractor maintain at all times during the terms of this Contract, in lieu of the liability insurance requirements stated above, such liability insurance, by commercial policy or self-insurance, as is necessary to meet the Subcontractor’s obligations under the GIA.

  • Slavery Era Disclosure Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12Y, San Francisco Slavery Era Disclosure Ordinance, including but not limited to Contractor’s affirmative duty to research and disclose evidence of Contractor, its parent or subsidiary entity, or its Predecessor Company’s Participation in the Slave Trade or receipt of Profits from the Slave Trade. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12Y.

  • Ownership, Use and Return of Offering Materials The Offering Materials shall continue to be the property of the Owner and HFF. The Offering Materials will be used by the Potential Investor solely for the purpose of evaluating the possible acquisition of the Property and not for any purpose unrelated to the possible acquisition of the Property. The Offering Materials may not be copied or duplicated without the Owner's and HFF’s prior written consent, and must be returned to HFF (or with HFF’s permission, destroyed by Potential Investor and any Related Party, and in such instance Potential Investor shall certify in writing to HFF and Owner that such information has been so destroyed) immediately upon request or when the Potential Investor declines to make an offer for the Property or terminates any discussions or negotiations with respect to the Property.

  • PUBLIC COMMENT The Executive, during the Employment Period and at all times thereafter, shall not make any derogatory comment concerning the Company or any of its current or former directors, officers, stockholders or employees. Similarly, the then current (i) members of the Board and (ii) members of the Company’s senior management shall not make any derogatory comment concerning the Executive, and the Company shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the former (A) members of the Board and (B) members of the Company’s senior management do not make any derogatory comment concerning the Executive.

  • Public Procurement 1. The Parties consider the liberalization of their respective public procurement markets as an objective of this Agreement.

  • Trade Secrets, Commercial and Financial Information It is expressly understood that Mississippi law requires that the provisions of this contract which contain the commodities purchased or the personal or professional services provided, the price to be paid, and the term of the contract shall not be deemed to be a trade secret or confidential commercial or financial information and shall be available for examination, copying, or reproduction.
