PUBLIC HOUSING REQUIREMENTS. This Agreement and the Owner’s and Ground Lessor’s obligations hereunder shall be subject in all respects to Applicable Public Housing Requirements. “Applicable Public Housing Requirements” shall mean the U.S. Housing Act of 1937 (the “Act”), as amended, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) regulations thereunder (and, to the extent applicable, any HUD-approved waivers of regulatory requirements), and all other federal statutory, executive order and regulatory requirements applicable to public housing, as such requirements now exist or as they may be amended from time to time.
