Public Improvement. The Planned Unit Development shall provide a public improvement which could not otherwise be required, as follows: The Developer shall provide the City with a cash payment of $7,000 and the Owner shall provide the City with a cash payment of $5,000, which funds are to be used at the City’s discretion for a public improvement or benefit. Such improvement or benefit may include, but is not limited to, installation of a shelter and other improvements to the public bus stop located at the northwest corner of Sunset Boulevard and Southfield Road.
Public Improvement. The public improvement to be financed under the terms and conditions of this Memorandum consists of (1) a public parking garage containing approximately 704 spaces and (2) infrastructure necessary to support the parking garage, all as more particularly described on the attached Exhibit B (collectively, the “Public Improvement”).
