PUBLIC OBLIGATION. The parties mutually recognize that their first obligation is to the public and that the right of students and residents of the school district to the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the school is of paramount importance. The exclusive representative agrees, therefore, that during the terms of this contract, neither the exclusive representative nor any individual employee shall engage in any strike.
