Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Party consents to references to it in reports or documents or other disclosures sent to stockholders or filed with or submitted to any governmental authority or stock exchange. The Parties agree that once approval for disclosure of information has been obtained in accordance with the provisions of this Section 8.1, the Party that requested such approval shall be entitled to use such information without any obligation to seek further approval.
