Public Software and Feedback. You represent and warrant that you will not use, and will not authorize any third party to use, any Public Software in connection with the Services in any manner that requires, pursuant to the license applicable to such Public Software, that any Amazon Properties or Services be (a) disclosed or distributed in source code form, (b) made available free of charge to recipients, or (c) modifiable without restriction by recipients. With respect to any Feedback, you represent and warrant that such Feedback, in whole or in part, contributed by or through you, (i) contains no third party software or any software that may be considered Public Software and (ii) does not violate, misappropriate or infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party. Public Software and Feedback. Customer represents and warrants that Customer will not use, and will not authorize any third party to use, any Open Source Software (as defined below) in connection with the Services in any manner that requires, pursuant to the license applicable to such Open Source Software, that any portion of the Services be (a) disclosed or distributed in source code form, (b) made available free of charge to recipients, or (c) modifiable without restriction by recipients.   • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Third Party Software 1. The Software may contain third party software that requires and/or additional terms and conditions. Such required third party software notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/thirdparty/index.html and are made a part of and incorporated by reference into this XXXX. By accepting this XXXX, You are also accepting the additional terms and conditions, if any, set forth therein.

  • Software Licensing Contractor represents and warrants that the software, if any, as delivered to City, does not contain any program code, virus, worm, trap door, back door, time or clock that would erase data or programming or otherwise cause the software to become inoperable, inaccessible, or incapable of being used in accordance with its user manuals, either automatically, upon the occurrence of licensor-selected conditions or manually on command. Contractor further represents and warrants that all third party software, delivered to City or used by Contractor in the performance of the Contract, is fully licensed by the appropriate licensor.

  • Software Inclusions Restrictions

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Software Licence The following licence terms apply whether HP provides software to Customer as part of a managed service or as a separate software transaction.
