Public Transit Information. Tenant shall establish and carry on during the Term a program to encourage maximum use of public transportation by personnel of Tenant employed on the Premises, including, without limitation, the distribution to such employees of written materials explaining the convenience and availability of public transportation facilities adjacent or proximate to the Facility and encouraging use of such facilities, all at Tenant's sole expense.

Drug-Free Workplace. Lessee acknowledges that pursuant to the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1989, the unlawful manufacture, distribution, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited on City premises. Lessee agrees that any violation of this prohibition by Lessee, its Agents or assigns shall be deemed a material breach of this Lease.
