PUBLIC USE RIGHTS. 4.1 City Uses of Poles and Overhead Structures. The CITY shall have the right, without costpayment of attachment fees, to use all approved poles owned by the PROVIDER within the CITY for fire alarms, police signal systems, or similar governmental, non-commercial purposes and subject to the PROVIDER’s reasonable safety and availability review.any lawful public use; provided, however, any said uses by the CITY shall be for activities owned, operated or used by the CITY for any public purposes and shall not include the provision of telecommunications service to third parties.

  • Use Rights The Use Rights in effect when Customer orders Software will apply to Customer’s use of the version of the Software that is current at the time. For future versions and new Software, the Use Rights in effect when those versions and Software are first released will apply. Changes Microsoft makes to the Use Rights for a particular version will not apply unless Customer chooses to have those changes apply.

  • License Rights The Recipient must provide a license to its “subject data” to the Federal Government, which license is: (a) Royalty-free, (b) Non-exclusive, and (c) Irrevocable, (2) Uses. For metered Products billed periodically based on usage, the Use Rights in effect at the start of each billing period will apply during that period. Microsoft may update the Use Rights periodically, but material adverse changes for a particular version will not apply during the applicable license, subscription, or billing period.

  • TRAFFIC RIGHTS (1) Each Contracting Party grants to the other Contracting Party the following rights in respect of its scheduled international air services:

  • Private Rights Neither Party may provide for a right of action under its domestic law against the other Party on the ground that a measure of the other Party is inconsistent with this Agreement.
