Art Work definition

Art Work means the Art Work by the Artist for the Project, as described in Section 3 herein and Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as approved by the City Council.

Art Work means original pieces of art, including limited editions, not limited by medium used. It may include paintings, sculpture, murals, mosaic and fountains.

Art Work means the printable two dimensional matters provided for printing on one side of Delhi Metro Smart Card for the purpose of advertisement.

Examples of Art Work in a sentence

• The Artist shall be notified within ten (10) days of any such action, and the City shall then consider options for the final disposition, repair, reinstallation, maintenance or de-accession of the Art Work.

• The Artist bears the risk of damage to or loss of the Art Work prior to Final Acceptance by City.

• The term ("Term") of this Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and be completed no later than DECEMBER 31, 2022, or upon the Final Acceptance of the Art Work by the City Council as described in Section 6, whichever is earlier.

• Within fifteen (15) calendar days of issuance of the Final Design Approval-Fabrication Notice to Proceed, Artist shall obtain all necessary Project Approvals, including but not limited to an Encroachment Permit from City, for Installation of the Art Work at the Project Site.

• The risk of loss or damage to the Art Work shall by borne by Artist prior to final acceptance of the Art Work by the City.

More Definitions of Art Work

Art Work. The term "Art Work" shall have the meaning as contained in Section 2.1(l).

Art Work means an image which is prepared from a Medium and used in the production of a PCB device.

Art Work means durable creations that can be original or limited editions of art including, but not be limited to, sculptures, murals, monuments, frescoes, fountains, paintings, stained glass, or ceramics and may include architectural designs, components or structures. The “Art Work” medium can include, but not be limited to, glass, steel, bronze, wood, stone and concrete. For purposes of the art program, “Art Work” does not include the following:

Art Work means items provided by CyberLink and Capcom to NVIDIA that are used by NVIDIA and specifically includes at least: (a) Packaging; (b) Documentation; and (c) Advertising and Marketing Materials.

Art Work means the final piece of art designed and fabricated by the Artist for display more particularly described in the attached Schedule “A”;
