Publicity and Acknowledgements. All publications relating to the results of the Projects established pursuant to this Agreement shall include as applicable a notice indicating that the underlying investigation received financial support from the Government of the United States and/or the Government of Australia. Two copies of such publications shall be sent to the Agreement Directors by the individual or entity that is the author of the publications.
Publicity and Acknowledgements. All publications relating to the results of the Projects established pursuant to this Agreement shall include, as applicable, a notice indicating that the underlying Project received financial support from the Government of the United States of America and/or the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Two copies of such publications shall be sent to the Agreement Managers by the individual or entity that authored the publications.
Publicity and Acknowledgements. 16.1 The Eligible Recipient will acknowledge the financial support of SDTC in all publicly disseminated information relating to the Project unless otherwise directed by SDTC. The Eligible Recipient hereby consents and agrees to the participation by SDTC or a representative of the Government of Canada at any public event relating to the Project and to have the event take place on a date mutually agreed upon by the Eligible Recipient and SDTC. If directed by SDTC, the Eligible Recipient shall use the corporate name and logo of SDTC and the Government of Canada’s word xxxx provided that such use is strictly in accordance with the policies of SDTC and the Government of Canada relating thereto and only as it relates to the Project and for no other use without the prior written consent of SDTC.
16.2 No press releases, public announcements or other material prepared by the Eligible Recipient for promotional and general information purposes relating to the Project, SDTC or the Contribution shall be issued or distributed to the public without the prior written approval of SDTC and the Eligible Recipient shall use the framework for press releases provided by SDTC which recognizes the contribution to the Project of SDTC and the Government of Canada. At the request of SDTC, press releases and public announcements by the Eligible Recipient relating to the Project shall be in both English and French. Any such press releases, public announcements or other material shall be submitted to SDTC for review and approval at least ten business days prior to scheduled release to the public.
16.3 SDTC may issue press releases and other materials prepared by SDTC for promotional and general information purposes which refer to the Eligible Recipient, the Consortium, the Project and the Contribution without the approval or consent of the Eligible Recipient.
Publicity and Acknowledgements. 17.1 Any press releases or other public statements about the Scheme will only be issued in accordance with this Clause, requirements of HLF and as set out in the Communications Strategy, as updated by the Communications Plan. Wherever practicable, all Parties will be given at least five working day’s notice of the issue of such materials.
17.2 All press releases whose primary purpose is to communicate aspects of the Scheme must:
17.2.1 Identify HLF and any other Funder (if required and applicable to a particular Project).
17.2.2 Contain agreed Notes for Editors about the Scheme (as agreed in the Communications Strategy).
17.2.3 Have the final approval of the Accountable Body (not unreasonably withheld or delayed).
17.3 The Delivery Agents agree that, in conducting the respective Projects and in publicising their work, full recognition will be given to the support of each contributing party, including HLF. Any such publicity material shall be distributed by the relevant Delivery Agent to the other Parties at least 5 working days in advance of publication.
17.4 Where an individual Party is contacted by the press about a Project, the Party shall use all reasonable endeavours to represent the interests of the Scheme faithfully and inform all Parties of the press inquiry. As good practice the Parties will refer to the Scheme as a joint initiative when communicating the Scheme through other media. The conditions laid out in this clause will apply until one year beyond the Term.
Publicity and Acknowledgements. 19.1 Redweb shall be entitled to publicise its role in performing the Services and shall be entitled to use the Bespoke Material for that purpose.
19.2 For the avoidance of doubt, Redweb’s statutory right to be identified as the author of any copyrightable works created in performing this Agreement under sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof is asserted.
Publicity and Acknowledgements. 26.1 Redweb shall be entitled to publicise its role in performing the services once publically available. Redweb shall not use or circulate any promotional or marketing material in connection with the Website(s) without the Customer's prior approval in Writing.
26.2 Redweb shall not make any announcement or issue any press release concerning its provision of the Website(s) without the Customer's prior approval in Writing.
26.3 For the avoidance of doubt, Redweb’s statutory right to be identified as the author of any copyrightable works created in performing this Agreement under sections 77 – 79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof is asserted.
