Publication of Research Results. 1. The Parties agree that the provisions of paragraph A of Section III of Annex 1 to this Agreement shall apply to the publication of any research results created under this Agreement.

Publication of Research Results. The Recipient and the Recipient Researcher shall have the sole and exclusive right to publish the Research Results; provided, however, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees (and shall cause the Recipient Researcher to acknowledge and agree) that the right to publish the Research Results does not, except to the extent expressly consented to in writing by CHDI, include the right to publish the Data (including any personal data included in the Data) or the codes/identification numbers assigned to the research participants participating in the Enroll-HD Study whose (i) genotypic or phenotypic data is included in the Data and/or (ii) data and/or biological materials were used to derive data included in the Data and provided with the Data. The Recipient shall use reasonable efforts (and shall cause the Recipient Researcher to use reasonable efforts) to publish, cause to be published or otherwise publicly disseminate the Research Results as soon as reasonably possible after such Research Results have been produced.
Publication of Research Results. Subject to compliance with clause 7.1(b), the Recipient may publish any results relating to its use of the Material or Project Data under this Agreement. Prior to submitting any results relating to the Material or Project Data for publication, the Recipient must: provide a copy of the proposed publication to the Provider at least 30 days prior to the intended submission date; and amend the proposed publication or delay submission and publication if the Provider notifies the Recipient in writing that a potential Intellectual Property protection application may be prejudiced, or Project Data or Confidential Information would be disclosed by that publication. If the Recipient is permitted to publish under clause 7.1(b), the Recipient must: acknowledge the Co-Owners, and acknowledge any staff notified by the Provider as being involved in the development of the Material and/or Project Data; and provide a copy of the publication to each Co-Owner.
Publication of Research Results. Principal Investigator and UHN may publish the results of the Research Program in accordance with normal academic practices but subject to the following conditions: Principal Investigator and UHN shall grant Sponsor a thirty (30) day review period to review the proposed publication by UHN or the Principal Investigator. During the review period, the Sponsor may require UHN and the Principal Investigator to (i) remove any of Sponsor's Confidential Information, or (ii) delay the publication for up to a maximum of sixty (60) days to protect Sponsor's proprietary interests. For further clarification, the Principal Investigator and UHN may publish the results of the Research Program after the thirty (30) day review period elapses with no response from the Sponsor or after sixty (60) days if Sponsor requests a delay of the publication to protect Sponsor’s proprietary interests. Publicity. Except as required by Applicable Law, no Party shall use the name(s), logo(s), trade-xxxx(s) or trade-name(s) of the other Party in connection with any products, publicity, promotion, news release, advertising or similar public statements in respect of the Agreement and its subject matter, without the prior written consent of such other Party.

The Parties may release or publish the Research Results obtained in the course of the Collaborative Research (hereinafter "Publication of Research Results"), provided that such publishing party complies with the obligations of confidentiality stipulated in Article 22.
Publication of Research Results. Publication of CQN created research results is of fundamental importance to universities, faculty members and their research programs. Publication of Research Results. It is anticipated that the results of the Sponsored Research will be published in peer reviewed scientific journals and will be presented at scientific meetings. Scientists at both CSHL and Sponsor will be expected to treat matters of authorship and acknowledgement in a collaborative spirit, and in a manner which fosters cooperation and communication. The Publishing Party, as defined in 5.3 below, will acknowledge the other party as appropriate and include the other party’s employees as co-authors in accordance with scientific custom, in any publication or presentation of results of the Sponsored Research.
Publication of Research Results. CU reserves the right to publish in scientific journals the results of all research performed at the CRWC, excluding confidential information received from MEMBERS, giving due consideration to the scheduling of such publications in order to allow time for obtaining appropriate Intellectual Property protection.
