Pupil Contact Time. The total time during which the teachers and pupils are in contact during a classroom situation and passing times between classes.
Pupil Contact Time. The Administration, in its sole discretion, may schedule up to three hundred and five (305) minutes of pupil contact (instructional) time per day per teacher in all schools, based upon a full day.

Whenever the minimum preparation/conference time is not provided for reasons other than the exceptions listed in this Article, the teacher affected shall be compensated for said time on the basis of a pro rata share of the current per diem substitute's pay.
