Purchase of Packaging Materials. Baxter will purchase the Packaging Materials itemized in the Product Master Plan and marked “Baxter”, primary container Components and secondary packaging materials and Client will supply the Packaging Materials itemized in the Product Master Plan and marked “Oasmia”, required to produce the Product in sufficient quantity to fulfill Client’s Purchase Order for Product.

Purchase of Packaging Materials. Sparta will order packaging (excluding Product labels) for the Products from its suppliers in such reasonable quantities to minimize the price for such packaging but not less than the minimum order size requirement of the supplier. The price of such packaging is included in the purchase price of the Products. KDPI shall pay Sparta for any extra charges or assessments incurred by Sparta for less-than-minimum or other non-standard size packaging orders required by KDPI.

  • Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Purchase of Products TTI shall sell to Distributor and Distributor shall purchase from TTI, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Products pursuant to the published Distributor Price List.   • Packaging All Material shall be packaged in accordance with ATA 300 Specification, Category III for consumable/expendable material and Category II for rotables. Category I containers shall be used if requested by the Buyer and the difference between Category I and Category II packaging costs shall be paid by the Buyer together with payment for the respective Material.

  • Advertising Materials As an independent contractor, Representative has the full right to exercise his or her independent judgment in determining whether to advertise. Any advertising undertaken by Representative will be at his or her expense. However, to comply with applicable statutes, rules and regulations, Representative will submit to the Company for review all advertising or sales literature, as defined by the FINRA Rules, that Representative intends to use and obtain prior written approval of the proposed use of the literature by the Company.

  • Distribution of Offering Materials The Fund has not distributed and, prior to the later to occur of (A) the Closing Time and (B) completion of the distribution of the Securities, will not distribute any offering material in connection with the offering and sale of the Securities other than the Registration Statement, each preliminary prospectus, the Prospectus, the Statutory Prospectus, the General Disclosure Package, the Rule 482 Statement, if any, or the sales materials.

  • Press Release; Public Offering Materials Disclose the name of Agent or any Lender in any press release or in any prospectus, proxy statement or other materials filed with any governmental entity relating to a public offering of the capital stock of any Loan Party except as may be required by law.
