Purpose and Objectives of the Grievance Procedures. It is the declared objective of the College and the Federation to encourage the prompt resolution of all complaints, misunderstandings, or other difficulties arising under the terms of this Agreement. Accordingly, the following grievance procedure is established to provide an orderly and expeditious procedure for resolution of matters arising under this Agreement.
