PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. Delete Article “Purpose of Agreement” i n i t s entirety from the collective agreement signed between the Alliance and the Employer on May which was extended by the Public Sector Compensation Restraint Act and which expired on June and replace by the following: The purpose of this Group Specific Agreement i s to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment including rates of pay for all employees described i n the certificate issued by the Public Service Staff Relations Board on the 24th day of July, covering employees of the Administration Group. The Master Agreement shall establish certain and conditions of employment which shall form part of this Agreement. In the event there i s a conflict between this Agreement and the Master Agreement with the exception of expiry dates and except where specifically modified by this Agreement through an exception made pursuant to Article of the Master Agreement, the Master Agreement shall prevail.
