Delete Article "Purpose o f Agreement" i n i t s entirety from the collective agreement signed between the Alliance and the Employer on June which was extended by the Public Sector Compensation Restraint Act and which expired on December and replace by the following: The purpose of this Group Specific Agreement is to set forth certain terms and conditions o f employment including rates o f pay for a l l employees described i n the certificate issued by the Public Service Staff Relations Board on the 10th day of January, covering employees of the Information Services Group. The Master Agreement shall establish certain terms and conditions of employment which shall form part o f this Agreement. In the event there i s a conflict between this Agreement and the Master Agreement with the exception o f expiry dates and except where specifically modified by this Agreement through an exception made pursuant to Article of the Master Agreement, the Master Agreement shall prevail.
