Purpose and Scope of Authority. The University and the UFE will maintain a Union- Management Committee to provide a forum for communication between the Parties and to promote constructive labor-management relations. Committee meetings will be used for discussions and shared problem-solving only; the committee shall have no authority to conduct negotiations or modify the provisions of this Agreement.

Committee meetings will be used for discussions and shared problem-solving only; the committee shall have no authority solving. The Union Management Committee may negotiate additions or modifications to conduct negotiations or modify the any provisions of this AgreementAgreement upon mutual/written agreement of the parties. The parties will formally adjourn Union Management Committee and take a short break, before convening negotiation discussions.
