PURPOSE OF APPRAISAL; INTENDED USE AND USER. The purpose and intended use of this appraisal is to estimate the fair market value to be used as a basis for annual lease rates. The market value estimated is limited by the Assumptions and Limiting Conditions herein. The site is leased to Xxx Xxxxxx d.b.a. Xxxxxx Gardens for continued use as part of their tourism related business. The intended user and client is the Municipality of Skagway.
