Purpose of Performance Evaluation. The purpose of a performance evaluation is to support and ensure excellence in teaching, adhering to high academic and professional standards, and meeting department or program goals. Evaluation of Bargaining Unit Faculty members will be conducted under this Article. Evaluations under this Article pertain only to teaching assignments. Bargaining Unit Faculty members who have been assigned any administrative responsibilities or also occupy a staff role will be evaluated separately for that role. Such an evaluation will not impact teaching contracts or teaching performance evaluations.

Purpose of Performance Evaluation. Teachers are only effective if they understand their responsibilities and how their performance will be evaluated. This evaluation is designed for the teacher and administrator to identify and agree on two specific performance objectives* and to measure the teacher’s performance with respect to four areas of teacher responsibilities. The performance evaluation is designed to: • Improve individual job performance • Improve the flow of information regarding performance • Improve the working relationship between the administrator and teacher • Provide an objective performance evaluation based on job responsibilities. • Promote the mission of Allendale Public Schools SETTING THE PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES: With the teacher, select two individual performance objectives. INTERIM REVIEW: The individual performance objectives and four areas of responsibilities will be discussed at designated time intervals. During this discussion, the continuing validity of goals and progress toward these goals will be reviewed.

  • Time of Performance Time for performance of the Scope of Services under this Agreement shall begin with receipt of the Notice to Proceed and end no later than December 31, 2026. Consultant shall complete the tasks described in the Scope of Services, within this time or within such additional time as may be extended by the County.

  • Evaluation of Performance School, in conjunction with Company personnel, is responsible for and shall make arrangements for evaluating Student’s performance during the clinical program.

  • Monitoring of Performance Vendor shall continuously monitor and record its performance to ensure that all of Vendor's responsibilities and obligations hereunder are being met and fulfilled. Citizens may conduct programmatic and other administrative contract monitoring during the term of this Agreement. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that Citizens may also monitor and record Vendor Staff communications to the extent they occur within or are connected to any Citizens’ resource, such as electronic or telecommunications systems.

  • Schedule of Performance Consultant shall commence the services pursuant to this Agreement upon receipt of a written notice to proceed and shall perform all services within the time period(s) established in the “Schedule of Performance” attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by this reference. When requested by the Consultant, extensions to the time period(s) specified in the Schedule of Performance may be approved in writing by the Contract Officer but not exceeding one hundred eighty (180) days cumulatively.

  • Contractor Performance Evaluations The Contract Administrator will evaluate Contractor’s performance as often as the Contract Administrator deems necessary throughout the term of the contract. This evaluation will be based on criteria including the quality of goods or services, the timeliness of performance, and adherence to applicable laws, including prevailing wage and living wage. City will provide Contractors who receive an unsatisfactory rating with a copy of the evaluation and an opportunity to respond. City may consider final evaluations, including Contractor’s response, in evaluating future proposals and bids for contract award.

  • Review of Performance The Board of Directors shall periodically review and evaluate the performance of Employee under this Employment Agreement with Employee.

  • EXCUSE OF PERFORMANCE Seller shall not be liable for delays in performance or for non-performance due to failure or interruption of computer or telecommunication systems, acts of God, war, riot, fire, terrorism, labor trouble, unavailability of materials or components, explosion, accident, compliance with governmental requests, laws, regulations, orders or actions, or other unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond Seller's reasonable control. In the event of such delay, the time for performance or delivery shall be extended by a period of time reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of the delay.

  • EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Purpose: To provide the policy and procedures for assessing employee performance and communicating the results of assessment to the employee and to others using assessment information in personnel decisions, and further to express the mutual commitment of the parties to the University’s values.

  • Employee Performance Evaluations Any employee performance evaluation shall be prepared by the employee's supervisor who has the responsibility and authority to prepare such reports. Employee performance evaluation reports shall be discussed with the employee prior to finalization of each category of the report. An employee will receive an appointment with his/her department's reviewing officer to discuss the evaluation by signing the evaluation form in the space provided. Each department shall make a reasonable effort to ensure that the reviewing officer for this purpose has not been a party to the preparation of the evaluation. In no case shall the reviewing officer sign the evaluation form until a review has occurred. Any regular or special evaluation with a rating of "unsatisfactory" shall include plans for employee development. Except in cases of termination, release from probation, or leave of absence, employees who receive an unsatisfactory performance evaluation must receive a follow-up evaluation. The follow-up evaluation shall cover a period of time no greater than ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the final review of the initial unsatisfactory evaluation. An employee shall have the right to submit written comments regarding any evaluation and to have such comments included in his/her personnel file along with the evaluation.

  • Performance Evaluations 34.1. The Contractor is subject to an annual performance evaluation to be conducted by NYCDOT pursuant to the PPB Rules.
