Purpose of Test Sample Clauses
Purpose of Test. Each SCT shall: Determine an updated Storage Contract Capacity; Determine the amount of Energy required to fully charge the Storage Facility; Determine the Storage Facility charge ramp rate; Determine the Storage Facility discharge ramp rate; Determine an updated Efficiency Rate.
Purpose of Test. Each SCT shall:
(1) verify compliance with the Guaranteed Contract Storage Capacity or otherwise determine any lower Contract Storage Capacity for the purposes of this Agreement;
(2) determine the Actual Round-Trip Efficiency (RTE) of the ESS;
Purpose of Test. To determine the pressure differential across Check Valve #2 and to confirm that Check Valve #2 is closed tight in direction of flow.
Purpose of Test. To determine the pressure at which the Differential Relief Valve will open. The Differential Pressure Relief Valve must operate and open to ensure that the pressure in the pressure differential zone will be maintained at no less than 2 PSI lower than the supply pressure.
Purpose of Test. To determine if Check Valve #2 will close tight in reverse flow. Step 1: Ensure that the proper pressure differential is re-established by re-opening Test Cock #2 and then by venting the Low Side of the Test Kit. This is accomplished by loosening the connection at Test Cock #3 and allowing a small amount of water to escape.
Purpose of Test. To determine if Check Valve #1 will close tight in direction of flow.
Purpose of Test. To determine if Shutoff # Valve #2 will close tight. If Shutoff Valve #2 fails to close tight, inaccurate test results may be obtained.
