PURPOSE OF THE TENDER. This tender is for the supply to the URBACT Secretariat by the contractor of assistance to the coordination of the URBACT National Dissemination Points and for managing and monitoring several digital communication tools of the European Territorial Cooperation URBACT II programme.
PURPOSE OF THE TENDER. 2.1. National Institute of Technology Durgapur intends to invite Tender from interested parties for annual rate contract for providing multi-utility vehicles as and when required basis. After evaluation of Tender, agreements will be entered with the successful party for a period of one year. However, the Institute reserves the right to further extend the contract on the same rates, terms & conditions, which shall be binding on the contractor.
PURPOSE OF THE TENDER. The offers are invited for Biennial Rate Contract for running of Industrial Canteen at the Plant and Canteen at Valia Lignite Mine, Narmada and Tapi Guest Houses. “On the following terms and conditions mentioned hereunder for a period of 2 (Two) years from the date of commencement (mobilization period will be 15 days from the date of issue of LoI). GIPCL reserve the right to short close the contract any time by giving one month notice period without assigning any reason. GIPCL shall have discretion to extend the contract for the further period of 1 (One) year on the same terms and conditions.
