Common use of Pursuant to Education Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Education. Code Section 44663, the written summative evaluation must be transmitted to the certificated employee no later than thirty (30) calendar days before the last school day and the final conference must be conducted before the last day of school. The results of documented observation(s) shall be reflected in the evaluation of the employee. The employee shall have the right to representation during the evaluation conference.
