Employee Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall be compensated for vacation leave to which she is entitled.
Employee Compensation The wages, salaries and other compensation paid to employees who will be employed for the benefit of the Project, and to others who perform special services for the benefit of the Project, to the extent not otherwise paid through a Cash Management System, shall be paid by Owner from a Project Account pursuant to this Section 9.2.
Where the Employer requires the employee to take a physical examination, the doctor’s fee shall be paid by the Employer, and the examination shall be on Company time. Where subsequent examination proves an employee unfit to work in a food store, examinations shall be paid by the employee.
Holiday Pay for Employees Laid Off An employee who is laid off at the close of business the day before a holiday who has worked not less than five (5) previous consecutive work days shall be paid for the holiday.
Employee to Contact Employer Employees who are absent from work due to a Workers' Compensation Board related injury shall contact their supervisor or the designated person in charge on a regular basis regarding the status of their condition and/or the anticipated date of return to work. Prior to returning to work, employees who have been absent from work and in receipt of WCB wage-loss replacement benefits may be required to produce a medical certificate certifying that they have fully recovered from the compensable injury and are able to perform the full scope of their duties.
Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
Benefits Upon Layoff or Separation (a) Subject to (b) and (c) below, regular employees who have completed three (3) months of service and who are receiving benefits pursuant to Section 1.1(c), 1.1(d), or 1.2 shall continue to receive such benefits upon layoff or separation until the termination of the illness or until the maximum benefit entitlement has been granted, whichever comes first, if the notice of layoff or separation is given after the commencement of the illness for which the benefits are being paid.
Benefits for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee including a casual employee, and a temporary employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.
Severance Allowance A laid-off employee shall be entitled to severance allowance pursuant to Article 55.
Separation Allowance 13.01 Should it become necessary to close the plant or a portion of the plant and it is not expected that those affected will be re-employed, a separation allowance will be paid to employees subject to the following:
