Pursuant to the P. E.L.R.A. nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any employee or his/her representative to the expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint, or opinion on any matter related to the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, so long as the same is not designed to and does not interfere with the full, faithful, and proper performance of the duties of employment or circumvent the rights of the exclusive representative.

Pursuant to the P. E.L.R.A. nothing contained in this act shall be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any teacher or their representative to the expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint or opinion on any matter related to the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, so long as the same is not designed to and does not interfere with the full faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment or circumvent the rights of the exclusive representative if there be one; nor shall it be construed to require any teacher to perform labor or services against their will. If no exclusive representative has been certified, any public employee individually, or group of employees through their representative, shall have the right of expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint or opinion on any matter related to the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, by meeting with their public employer or their representative so long as the same is not designed to and does not interfere with the full, faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment.
Pursuant to the P. E.L.R.A., the School District and Association agree to meet and confer. The parties to this process shall develop policies, procedures and desired outcomes for meet and confer sessions.

  • Pursuant to O C.G.A. § 13-10-91, Contractor represents, warrants, acknowledges, and/or agrees that: The Contractor has registered and participates in a federal work authorization program to verify the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees; Subcontractors shall not enter into any contract with the Contractor for the physical performance of services within the State of Georgia unless such subcontractor registers and participates in a federal work authorization program to verify the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees; and Sub-subcontractors shall not enter into any contract with a subcontractor or sub- subcontractor for the physical performance of services within the State of Georgia unless such sub-subcontractor registers and participates in a federal work authorization program to verify the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.

  • Pursuant to Minn Stat. § 10A.06, no person may act as or employ a lobbyist for compensation that is dependent upon the result or outcome of any legislation or administrative action. All subcontractor certifications must be kept on file with Contractor and made available to the State upon request.
