Desired Outcomes. In undertaking the Joint Task Force, the parties have agreed that the following are the desired outcomes:
Desired Outcomes. The desired benefits, as applicable to a given circumstance, of the Performance Appraisal and Development Plan Is one of "value added" for the following:
A) For the Employee;
1) Improve working relationship with the supervisor.
2) A clear understanding of the supervisor's expectations.
3) Continuous updating of performance against these expectations.
4) Greater sense of accomplishment.
5) An opportunity to increase capability and value through an agreed upon development plan.
6) An opportunity to contribute more directly to the County.
7) A clear picture of possible career paths.
8) An opportunity for growth in work related areas.
B) For the supervisor, an opportunity to:
1) Improve working relationships with those reporting to you.
2) Increase group morale and productivity.
3) Improve succession management (e.g. employees will be better qualified to move up in classification, as opportunities become available).
4) Reduce turnover.
C) For the County, an opportunity to:
1) Improve over-all productivity.
2) Improve Internal communications. ·
3) Enhance customer service.
4) Motivate employees.
Desired Outcomes. 3.1 Through this and subsequent Partnership Agreements, the parties will identify new opportunities to promote economic development and job creation, enhance community wellbeing and implement sustainable environmental policies and practices.
3.2 The parties recognise the desired outcomes are inter-linked, and the achievement of individual outcomes will be assisted by the strategies undertaken in respect of other outcomes.
Desired Outcomes. 4.1.1. Protection of employees against seasonal flu infection;
4.1.2. Prevention of sickness absences of employees as a result of seasonal flu; and,
4.1.3. Protection of vulnerable people from the health consequence of seasonal flu.
Desired Outcomes. An effective local network of individuals/groups with an interest in health and care services in Shetland; • Health and care services in Shetland which reflect local needs and preferences; • A variety of well publicised effective ways for the public to feed in their views, including those of minority and traditionally hard to reach individuals and groups; • Meaningful communication and dialogue between the CHP and the public.
Desired Outcomes. Desired outcomes of this program include: ● Providing a police presence in partner schools to enhance school safety; ● Increasing the level of comfort students feel around law enforcement officers so they are willing to report incidents of sexual abuse, substance abuse, and acts/threats that endanger district students, employees, or property; ● Increase students awareness about crime prevention, Internet safety, conflict resolution, violence prevention, restorative justice, and peer mediation; ● Increase staff awareness about policies and procedures for preventing/responding to incidents of violence and other threats to school safety; ● Reduction of substance abuse through education programs. ● Overall school safety for school staff, students and individuals on school property.
Desired Outcomes. Following are the desired outcomes realized by each of the Parties:
Desired Outcomes. Increased flexibility in respecting the varied needs of employees in maintaining work life balance, while meeting the needs and schedules of clients and collaterals;
Desired Outcomes. The goals and objectives of the Program are designed to create and strengthen the relationship between students, police officers, school administrators, parents, and the community. The goals of the Program include:
a. Improve public safety through equitable and unbiased policing.
b. Increase interaction and increase satisfaction with the entire school community.
c. Reduce incidents of school violence.
d. Reduce criminal offenses committed by juvenile offenders.
e. Develop positive relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, administrators, and other stakeholders involved with or affected by schools in the community.
f. Implement and strengthen programs that will benefit students, schools, the LEA, and the community.
g. Provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and all involved with the LEA and partnering education agencies.
h. Enhance school safety through the use of a multi-disciplinary threat assessment approach.
Desired Outcomes. 5.1 Australia will work to achieve the objective of the SWP and will successfully demonstrate the value of the SWP, by:
a) boosting the development of communities through new employment opportunities, increased remittance incomes, and transfer of skills and knowledge to NAME OF COUNTRY Seasonal Workers;
b) contributing to economic development in NAME OF COUNTRY by fostering economic growth and regional integration;
c) creating effective partnerships between Australia and NAME OF COUNTRY to support the SWP, including by assisting NAME OF COUNTRY to meet its responsibilities as set out in the Implementation Arrangements;
d) avoiding unethical recruitment practices, application fraud, or overstaying by seasonal workers; and
e) avoiding exploitation of seasonal workers or displacement of Australia’s workforce.
5.2 NAME OF COUNTRY will work to achieve the objective of the SWP by:
a) maintaining the integrity of the SWP;
