Pyrotechnicians. The lead Pyrotechnicians requires a minimum of five (5) years experience. All contractor-provided Pyrotechnicians shall possess a current and appropriate federal and state alcohol, tobacco, firearms license or permit necessary to purchase, store, transport and use explosives and pyrotechnic devices. All contractor personnel initiating pyrotechnic devices shall have their pyrotechnics license.
