Role Players. The Contractor shall provide various role player services (e.g., acting as translators, insurgents, town's people, etc.) to support the training of Army BCTs. The mission of the role players is to provide a civilian, cultural context to the training event and to provide the realistic geographic backdrop within which the BCT operates.

Role Players. The nature of the service, the range and location of Affected Property, and the manner in which the electricity power supply industry operates make it necessary to identify several role players for this contract. Employer’s representatives The Service Manager may delegate the actions of him stated in this contract that are necessary for the setting up and administration of a Task Order. The Employer shall in conjunction with the Service Manager appoint a Site Service Manager at each power station where work in this contract is to be undertaken. The station Site Service Manager shall be responsible to the Service Manager for all Task Orders issued by the power station he represents. The power of the Site Service Manager does not include the authority to alter or change the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Site Service Manager only has the power to change the conditions of the applicable addendum, in conjunction with the Contractor. Duties of a general nature relating to the overall performance and administration of this contract will generally not be delegated by the Service Manager. Contractor’s representatives The Contractor shall identify to the Service Manager one of his key persons as the overall contract administrator to be known as the Contractor’s Contract Administrator (CCA). The Contractor shall appoint a representative at each power station where work in this contract is to be undertaken. The station representative shall be responsible to the CCA.

  • Mobile Phones The Company’s expectations in relation to the use of Company provided mobile phones are outlined in Company policy HR-P13. If an Employee is provided with a mobile phone by the Company, the Employee shall be liable for the cost of excessive private telephone calls. Employees agree to make themselves contactable via their personal mobile phone to receive instructions from their supervisors, with the Company reimbursing Employees the cost of any such telephone calls. It is not a condition of employment to own a mobile phone. No Employee shall be engaged in private telephone conversations whilst at work with the exception of designated breaks and in emergency situations. The Company will not be liable for the repair or replacement of personal mobile phones.

  • MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS 20 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 21 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 22 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 23 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits.

  • Crossing Picket Lines The Company will not expect an employee to cross a picket line, including a picket line at a customer site, if to do so would place the employee's life, limb or personal property in jeopardy.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.

  • Hyperlinks 12.1 You must not link to any material using or by means of the Services that would, if it were made available through the Services, breach the provisions of this Policy.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.
