QC Program Plan. Establish and maintain an overall QC Program Plan consisting of a QC Organization; QC Program Plan; Coordination and Mutual Understanding Meeting; QC meetings; three phases of control; submittal review and approval; testing; completion inspections; and QC certifications and documentation necessary to provide materials, equipment, workmanship, fabrication, construction and operations which comply with the requirements of this contract.
