QR Network must. (a) be Accredited as the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Connecting Infrastructure and the Network prior to the Commitment Date and thereafter until the Expiry Date; and
(b) notify the Owner immediately if, at any time during the term of this Agreement, it has ceased to be Accredited in respect of the Connecting Infrastructure or the Network.
QR Network must. (i) provide notice to the End User prior to any variation to the matters referred to in Clauses 17.2(a) to 17.2(f) inclusive and take into account any submissions made by the End User in respect of those matters prior to agreeing any such variation; and
QR Network must. (i) publish the varied Reference Tariff on its website; and
(ii) advise Access Holders and Access Seekers, in respect of the relevant Reference Train Service, of the variation to the Reference Tariff.
QR Network must subject to the rights of recourse to the bank guarantee under this Clause, account to the Owner for the bank guarantee within six months after the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
QR Network must subject to the rights of recourse to the bank guaranteesecurity under this Clause,clause 20 account to the Owner for the bank guaranteesecurity within six months after the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
