IRO Qualifications The IRO shall:
Qualifications of Panelists All Panelists shall: (a) have expertise or experience in law, international trade, other matters covered by this Agreement, or the resolution of disputes arising under international trade agreements relevant to the subject matter of the dispute; (b) be chosen strictly on the basis of objectivity, impartiality, reliability, and sound judgment; (c) be independent of, and not be affiliated with or take instructions from, any Party; (d) not delegate their responsibilities to any other person; and (e) comply with the Model Rules of Procedure established in Annex 12 (Model Rules of Procedure).
Staff Qualifications a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065.
Qualifications and experience (List the required education, work experience, expertise and competencies of the individual contractor. The listed education and experience should correspond with the level at which the contract is offered.)
General Qualifications General qualifications commonly required of all candidates for, appointees to, and employees in the classified service such as integrity, honesty, sobriety, dependability, industry, thoroughness, accuracy, good judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, courtesy, ability to work cooperatively with others, good health, and freedom from disabling defects, shall be deemed to be a part of the personal characteristics of the minimum qualifications of each class specification and need not be specifically set forth therein. The Commission may prescribe alternative or additional qualifications for individual classes and such qualifications also shall be deemed to be a part of the specifications for such classes.
Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.
Minimum Qualifications If applicable pursuant to Article 3, I acknowledge that the Bidder meets the minimum qualification requirements established for this solicitation.
QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS BID PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS: - In an effort to help promote social distancing measures during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, electronic submissions will be accepted by the County. - Firms are strongly encouraged to submit responses electronically. Firms will not be permitted to fax or email offers. Electronic copy shall be in Microsoft Word or Adobe – the most recent software version. - All responses and copies are to be submitted on 8 ½ x 11 inch paper, bound individually and tabbed as applicable. - If your response contains any information deemed confidential, in accordance with Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, provide an additional USB drive with a redacted version of your response labeled REDACTED. Electronic copy shall be in Microsoft Word or Adobe – the most recent software version. This bid will be awarded to a responsible, responsive bidder, qualified by experience to provide the work specified. Failure to submit the below requested information may be cause for rejection of your bid. The determination on whether a bidder is responsible or not shall be at the sole discretion of the County. Although the County may request the submission of a minimum number of contracts similar to the requirements of this solicitation with certain minimum dimensions, quantities, dollar values, etc., the County’s determination of a bidder’s responsibility shall not be solely based on the number of similar procurements the bidder provides but the entirety of the bidder’s qualifications. The Bidder shall submit the following information with the bid. It is recommended to use the list below as a checklist for your bid submittal:
ASSOCIATION AND TEACHER RIGHTS A. Pursuant to Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, the parties hereby agree that teachers shall have the right freely to organize, join, and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining or negotiation and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection. As a duly-elected body exercising governmental power under cover of law of the State of Michigan, the Board undertakes and agrees that it will not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any teacher in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by Act 379 or other laws of Michigan or the Constitutions of Michigan and the United States; that it will not discriminate against any teacher with respect to hours, wages, or any terms or conditions of employment by reason of his/her membership in the Association, his/her participation in any activities of the Association or collective professional negotiations with the Board, or his/her institution of any grievance, complaint, or proceeding under this Agreement or otherwise with respect to any terms or conditions of employment. The Association likewise agrees that it shall not intimidate or coerce any teacher in the exercise of his/her rights set forth herein or under law.
Qualifications All authorizations, approvals or permits, if any, of any governmental authority or regulatory body of the United States or of any state that are required in connection with the lawful issuance and sale of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement shall be obtained and effective as of the Closing.
