Qualification Criteria. The criteria an Employee must meet to be eligible to apply to the Fund are: (1) The Employee must be at the highest achievable step of the salary scale and must have a minimum of ten years of full-time equivalent service at BCIT, or the Employee must have a minimum of 15 years of full-time equivalent service at BCIT. (2) The Employee must be at least age fifty-five (55).
