Minimum Eligibility Criteria. (a) Work Experience : The tenderers will be qualified only if they have successfully completed work(s), completion date(s) of which falling during last five years ending last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission as given below. Minimum Eligibility Criteria. The Bidders shall possess the following minimum eligibility criteria to participate in this Tender:- (i) “Any Firm of Indian origin having a registered establishment in India”. The partner In-charge or the person In-charge as aforesaid shall be authorized to incur liabilities and receive instructions for and on behalf of any and all the partners of the joint venture or constituents of the consortium and the entire execution of the contract including payment shall be carried out exclusively through the partner In-charge of Joint Venture and person In-charge of a consortium. d. All partners of the joint venture or constituents of the consortium shall be liable jointly and severally for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Contract terms and a relevant statement to this effect shall be included in the authorization mentioned under (b) above as well as in the Form of Tender and the Form of Agreement (in case of a successful tender). e.
