Minimum Eligibility Criteria. The Bidders shall possess the following minimum eligibility criteria to participate in this Tender: (i) Bidder (Company, Firm or Proprietary Concern) must be registered under the multimodal Transportation of Goods Act, 1993. (ii) Having control over at least 2 (two) Vessels, each having loading capacity of at least 2000 to 4000 DWT/Gross Tonnage and licensed to operate in the above route with valid survey certificate, possessing sea worthiness certificate, by way of ownership/lease/charter/ declaration from the owner of the vessel in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the vessel to the Bidder for undertaking this contract, if awarded. (iii) Having control over at least 20 nos. of trucks at Guntur, Vijayawada, Nalgonda, Tarnaka, Nizamabad, Karimnagar e a c h and 25 nos. tractors/tillers/trucks at Cochin/Kollam/Vizhinjam Ports by way of ownership/lease/declaration from the owner of the truck in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the truck to the Bidder for undertaking this contract, if awarded. (iv) Experience in transportation of bagged/ bulk cargo(either directly in the hulls of vessels or loaded into containers for containerized movement) through road & sea and should have executed in the immediate preceding five financial years the work of value: (a) at least 25% of the estimated contract value in one single contract. (b) 50% of the estimated contract value in different contracts Note: Attested Copies of the experience certificates shall be produced as per Annexure–IV from customers evidencing proof of satisfactory execution and completion of the contract(s) besides duly certifying nature, period of contract and value of work handled.

The partner In-charge or the person In-charge as aforesaid shall be authorized to incur liabilities and receive instructions for and on behalf of any and all the partners of the joint venture or constituents of the consortium and the entire execution of the contract including payment shall be carried out exclusively through the partner In-charge of Joint Venture and person In-charge of a consortium. d. All partners of the joint venture or constituents of the consortium shall be liable jointly and severally for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Contract terms and a relevant statement to this effect shall be included in the authorization mentioned under (b) above as well as in the Form of Tender and the Form of Agreement (in case of a successful tender). e. Must be a full-time employee in good standing (i.e. no attendance occurrences resulting in any active corrective actions and no active disciplinary records on file), iii. RNs must have completed Nurse Protocol Training and Nurse experience, or equivalent, iv. Active CCHP Certification, and v. Other uniform minimum criteria as the Employer may determine during the term of this Agreement, after considering input from the employees individually, through the Labor Management Committee, or other program/avenues that allow for employee feedback and input. However, should the uniform minimum criteria be changed during the 12- month period of the award and, as a result, the employee no longer qualifies, the employee will retain the FTP award for the duration of the 12 months.

In case vessels are to be leased/chartered by the bidder, a declaration from the owner of the vessel(s) in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the vessels to the bidder if this work is awarded, duly mentioning names of vessel(s) and enclosing survey certificate and documents to prove ownership shall be submitted. (iv) Having control over at least 30 (nos.) trucks each at Kakinada & Assam by way of ownership/lease/declaration from the owner of the truck in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the truck to the Bidder for undertaking this contract, if awarded. (v) Experience in multimodal transportation of cargo like bagged/bulk/break bulk/over dimensional cargo & Bidder should have executed in any IWT protocol route in the immediate preceding five financial years of value: (a) At least 25% of the estimated contract value in one single contract. (b) 50% of the estimated contract value in different contracts.
