Minimum Eligibility Criteria. (a) Work Experience : The tenderers will be qualified only if they have successfully completed work(s) during last 5 years ending last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission in any Central Govt./state Govt./PSU‟s/DMRC or any private Limited company of repute as given below:
(i) At least one “similar work”** of value of ₹129.75 lakh
(ii) Two “similar works” **each of value of ₹81.09 lakh
(iii) Three “similar works”**each of value of ₹64.87lakh
Minimum Eligibility Criteria. (A) Work Experience: The tenderers will be qualified only if they have successfully completed similar work(s)* during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission as given below: -
(i) At least One “Similar work”* of value INR 3.26 Crores or more OR
(ii) Two “Similar work”* each of value INR 2.04 Crores or more OR
(iii) Three “Similar work”* each of value INR 1.63 Crores or more
a. SITC of package type Air conditioning system (i.e. Air conditioning system having no provision of water cycle in the AHU/FCU circuit) with or without CAMC.
b. SITC of VRV Air conditioning system with or without CAMC.
c. SITC of split AC system and window type AC system with or without CAMC. If the tenderer is a JV/Consortium having foreign partner(s) and above work(s) have been executed by the foreign partner of the JV/Consortium and the work(s) were done in the country of the foreign partner, then in addition to this the foreign partner must have executed work (which need not be similar in nature) of total put together of value 40% of the NIT cost or more outside the country of the foreign partner
a) Work experience of only substantial partner (partner with share of 26% or more in the JV/ Consortium) shall be considered for evaluating of JV/ Consortium.
b) The tenderer shall submit details of works executed by them in the Performa of Appendix-17, and 17A of FOT for the works to be considered for qualification of work experience criteria. Documentary proof such as completion certificates from client clearly indicating the nature/scope of work, actual completion cost and actual date of completion for such work should be submitted. The offers submitted without this documentary proof shall not be evaluated. In case the work is executed for private client, copy of work order, bill of quantities, xxxx xxxx details of payment received certified by C.A., T.D.S certificates for all payments received and copy of final/last bill paid by client shall also be submitted. All the documents or certifications which are provided by CA after 1st July, 2019, must contain UDIN thereon and the particulars of certifications must be same as mentioned on document/certification and submitted to ICAI on its website which can be verified online on xxxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/search-udin.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria. The Bidders shall possess the following minimum eligibility criteria to participate in this Tender:
(i) Bidder (Company, Firm or Proprietary Concern) must be registered under the multimodal Transportation of Goods Act, 1993.
(ii) Having control over at least 2 (two) Vessels, each having loading capacity of at least 2000 to 4000 DWT/Gross Tonnage and licensed to operate in the above route with valid survey certificate, possessing sea worthiness certificate, by way of ownership/lease/charter/ declaration from the owner of the vessel in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the vessel to the Bidder for undertaking this contract, if awarded.
(iii) Having control over at least 20 nos. of trucks at Guntur, Vijayawada, Nalgonda, Tarnaka, Nizamabad, Karimnagar e a c h and 25 nos. tractors/tillers/trucks at Cochin/Kollam/Vizhinjam Ports by way of ownership/lease/declaration from the owner of the truck in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the truck to the Bidder for undertaking this contract, if awarded.
(iv) Experience in transportation of bagged/ bulk cargo(either directly in the hulls of vessels or loaded into containers for containerized movement) through road & sea and should have executed in the immediate preceding five financial years the work of value:
(a) at least 25% of the estimated contract value in one single contract.
(b) 50% of the estimated contract value in different contracts Note: Attested Copies of the experience certificates shall be produced as per Annexure–IV from customers evidencing proof of satisfactory execution and completion of the contract(s) besides duly certifying nature, period of contract and value of work handled.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria. The following shall be the minimum eligibility criteria for selection of bidders at technical bid stage of the bidding process:-
Minimum Eligibility Criteria. Only those Bidders who fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned at Annexure – G are eligible to respond to this RFP. Document(s) in support of eligibility criteria are required to be submitted along with the Technical Bid. Bids received from the Bidders who do not fulfil any of the eligibility criteria mentioned are liable to be rejected.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria. The bidder should meet all the eligibility criteria as mentioned below :-

2.2.1 General information of the Bidder shall be furnished in Form T-I. Certified Copies of original documents defining the constitution and legal status, certificate of registration and ownership, principal place of business of the company, corporation, firm or partnership or, if a joint venture including consortium, details of each party thereto constituting the Bidder will also be required to be furnished. All the group members in a joint venture will be jointly and severally responsible for the performance under the contract.
2.2.2 In the case of tender by a joint venture of two or more firms or companies as partners or as members of a consortium as the case may be, joint venture data must be furnished in the format prescribed (Form T-I) along with the documents as mentioned therein. The following requirements shall also be complied with.
a. The Bidder and in the case of a successful tender, the Form of Agreement, shall be individually signed so as to be legally binding on all partners/ constituents as the case may be.
b. In case of partnership, one of the partners shall be nominated as being In-charge as Lead or Prime Partner and this authorization shall be evidenced by submitting a power of attorney signed by the partners or legally authorized signatories of all the partners. In case of consortium, it will similarly authorize a person to be In-charge and his authorization shall be evidenced by a power of attorney in favour of that person.
c. The partner In-charge or the person In-charge as aforesaid shall be authorized to incur liabilities and receive instructions for and on behalf of any and all the partners of the joint venture or constituents of the consortium and the entire execution of the contract including payment shall be carried out exclusively through the partner In-charge of Joint Venture and person In-charge of a consortium.
d. All partners of the joint venture or constituents of the consortium shall be liable jointly and severally for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Contract terms and a relevant statement to this effect shall be included in the authorization mentioned under (b) above as well as in the Form of Tender and the Form of Agreement (in case of a successful tender).
e. In the event of default by any partner in the case of a joint venture and constituent in the case of a consortium in the execution of his part of the Contract, the partner/person In-charge will have the authority to ...
Minimum Eligibility Criteria i. At least three (3) years of correctional healthcare experience with Employer,
ii. Must be a full-time employee in good standing (i.e. no attendance occurrences resulting in any active corrective actions and no active disciplinary records on file),
iii. RNs must have completed Nurse Protocol Training and Nurse experience, or equivalent,
iv. Active CCHP Certification, and
v. Other uniform minimum criteria as the Employer may determine during the term of this Agreement, after considering input from the employees individually, through the Labor Management Committee, or other program/avenues that allow for employee feedback and input. However, should the uniform minimum criteria be changed during the 12- month period of the award and, as a result, the employee no longer qualifies, the employee will retain the FTP award for the duration of the 12 months.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria. 2.1 Interested applicants, who meet the technical capability set out in Clause 2.2 (“Technical Capability ”) and financial capability set out in Clause 2.3 (“Financial Capability”) (Technical Capability and Financial Capability collectively referred to as the “Minimum Eligibility Criteria”), and do not have a Conflict of Interest as set out under Clause 2.4, are invited to submit their EOI, in accordance with the terms hereof.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria. The Bidders shall possess the following minimum eligibility criteria to participate in this Tender:-
(i) “Any Firm of Indian origin having a registered establishment in India”. Consortiums can also participate in the bidding. (Please see specific terms and conditions for participation as Consortium).
(ii) Having control over at least 3(nos.) RSV/Coastal Vessel having loading capacity of at least 650 MT suitable for operation in the sea route between Kakinada and Karimganj/Badarpurghat in Assam with valid survey & Sea worthiness certificate, by way of ownership/lease/ charter. In case vessels are to be leased/chartered by the bidder, a declaration from the owner of the vessel(s) in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the vessels to the bidder if this work is awarded, duly mentioning names of vessel(s) and enclosing survey & Sea worthiness certificate and documents to prove ownership shall be submitted.
(iii) Having control over at least 10(nos.) of IWT Vessels, each having loading capacity of at least 650MT, suitable for operation in the Indo Bangladesh IWT protocol route with valid survey certificate, by way of ownership/lease/ charter. In case vessels are to be leased/chartered by the bidder, a declaration from the owner of the vessel(s) in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the vessels to the bidder if this work is awarded, duly mentioning names of vessel(s) and enclosing survey certificate and documents to prove ownership shall be submitted.
(iv) Having control over at least 30 (nos.) trucks each at Kakinada & Assam by way of ownership/lease/declaration from the owner of the truck in favour of the bidder indicating his willingness to provide the truck to the Bidder for undertaking this contract, if awarded.
(v) Experience in multimodal transportation of cargo like bagged/bulk/break bulk/over dimensional cargo & Bidder should have executed in any IWT protocol route in the immediate preceding five financial years of value:
(a) At least 25% of the estimated contract value in one single contract.
(b) 50% of the estimated contract value in different contracts.
(vi) Experience in multimodal transportation of cargo like bagged/bulk/break bulk/over dimensional cargo & Bidder should have executed by carriage of goods through sea in the immediate preceding five financial years of value:
(a) At least 25% of the estimated contract value in one single contract.
