Qualification of United States Testing Facility. Kureha shall provide technology support and transfer to enable Ocera to qualify a facility, of Ocera’s choice, to perform analytical testing of the Compound. Ocera will pay for such technology support and transfer conducted by Kureha, including reasonable expenses incurred by Kureha for airfare, hotel accommodations and meals for Kureha personnel who participate in qualification of such testing facility (and such similar reasonable expenses incident to such activities as Ocera may approve in advance) within 30 days after receipt of invoice from Kureha documenting such expenses. Kureha will pay for its labor cost for Kureha personnel who participate in such qualification. Until such time a facility is qualified, as agreed by the parties, Section 5.4 will not apply.
