Hotel Accommodations. A player whose Contract is assigned from one Team to another shall be reimbursed by the assignee-Team for the cost of a hotel room in a hotel (comparable to that in which such Team’s players are lodged while “on the road”) in the assignee-Team’s home city for up to forty-six (46) days following the assignment.
Hotel Accommodations. Each Club shall give written notice to the team’s Player Representative and the Association, prior to December 1 of each year, of the hotels, including hotels in the Club’s home city and Spring Training hotels, that the Club intends to utilize during the next succeeding season. Beginning in 2018, all hotels utilized by the Club while on the road shall have meals available (in-room or otherwise) until at least 1:00 A.M.; provided, however, that each Club’s Player Representative may waive this requirement. Each Player traveling with his Club on the road shall have sin- gle rooms in the Club’s hotels on all road trips during the Club’s Spring Training, championship season and post-season. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Clubs from making or continuing agree- ments with individual Players that provide more favorable arrangements for such Players.
Hotel Accommodations. Reserve and pay for the following rooms for the tournament. Rooms for legion officials can be made at a different hotel. Notify the General Chairman as soon as the rooms are reserved for approval.
a. Umpires- (4) double motel rooms for (5) nights lodging; and
b. Legion Officials- (1) double motel room for (5) nights lodging
Hotel Accommodations. On domestic overnight travel for participation in Regular Season and Post-Season games, Players shall be lodged in one of the hotels listed on Exhibit 4 , with no more than two (2) Players per standard hotel room. This provision shall not apply to domestic travel at other times or to international travel, in connection with which Players may be lodged in other than standard hotels (e.g., apartments), and there shall be no more than two (2) Players per bedroom. However, the Team and/or MLS, as applicable, will make good-faith efforts to secure accommodations of comparable quality to hotels used during the Regular Season. Hotel points/awards, where permissible, shall be available to Players in connection with their travel provided that MLS shall have no responsibility to determine the manner in which such hotel points/awards are split between Players sharing rooms.
Hotel Accommodations. All hotel accommodations must be approved, in advance, by the ARTIST. PURCHASER shall provide, at no cost to ARTIST, one (1) suite and three (3) single rooms, each with king/queen size beds. Hotel Accommodations. Hotel accommodations must be comparable to a TripAdvisor two-star class hotel, or better. Players shall be provided with rooms with no more than two (2) Players per room, with the option to upgrade to a single room at their own cost, except that Players traveling with a child under three (3) years of age will be provided a single room. The Team must provide transportation from the hotel to the venue for both the Players and their equipment. Players who want to upgrade to a single room must provide the Team with at least fourteen (14) days’ advance notice. The PWHL will make good-faith efforts to accommodate Players in hotels no more than fifteen (15) miles from the venue in which they will be playing.
Hotel Accommodations. The EMPLOYER agrees that it will make every effort to make known, to all ARTISTS, four (4) weeks in advance of any tour, or out-of-town engagement, a list of rooms, prices of such rooms and hotels, with at least two (2) ranges of price, and two (2) hotels for each city of the tour. The EMPLOYER agrees to consult with Delegates as to ARTIST's preference for Hotel Accommodations.
Hotel Accommodations. 1. Purchaser shall pay for and provide the Artist and their entourage with SEVEN (7)
Hotel Accommodations. 1. The Company shall provide single occupancy accommodations for Crewmembers as follows:
a. When on Duty, in Base, on a scheduled layover and more than fifty (50) miles from their home
b. When in training of more than two (2) hours and the Crewmember is more than fifty (50) miles from their home.
c. For new hire Crewmembers while in initial training.
d. In-Base during an adverse weather alert or Declared Severe Operation at the Company’s sole discretion.
2. The Company shall contract to provide at hotels rooms:
a. that are clean, sanitary, and habitable;
b. that are reasonably safe and secure;
c. that are available at the Crewmember’s scheduled time of arrival;
d. that have climate controlled on an individual basis;
e. that are suitable for daytime sleepers;
f. that are equipped with full-size or larger beds;
g. that have restaurant(s) that are available on the premises or within reasonable walking distance, and;
h. that have local transportation provided by the facility, or in the alternative, a Company provided, one rental car per crew.
3. The company shall maintain a list of approved accommodations for each location where crews may require lodging and in addition, shall also provide a list of suitable alternate accommodations.
4. The Association will establish and maintain a Hotel Committee to review and suggest modifications to the Company’s list of approved hotels.
5. If hotel rooms are not clean and available for check-in within forty-five (45) minutes after arrival at the hotel and after advising Crew Scheduling of the situation, a Crewmember may obtain other accommodations at a comparable and reasonable cost and claim reasonable actual lodging and transportation expenses on a Company expense form supported by receipt.
Hotel Accommodations. 1. The per diem allowance includes an allowance for hotel accom- modations. Accordingly, umpires are required to make their own arrange- ments for all hotel accommodations.
2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Office of the Commissioner shall select, arrange and pay for first-class hotel accommodations for umpires assigned to work Special Events or any games to decide a Divisional or Wild Card tie (including replay assignments). An umpire who desires to stay at a hotel other than the one selected by the Office of the Commissioner must receive prior approval from the Office of the Commissioner, and if such approval is received, shall seek reimburse- ment for the expense of the hotel through the Concur system.
