Qualifications for Employees. The relationship between CHARTER SCHOOL and its employees, and the manner in which terms and conditions of employment shall be addressed with affected employees and their recognized representatives, if any, shall be as set forth in the Application, this Agreement, the Act, and federal and state employment laws and regulations applicable to CHARTER SCHOOL. Not later than the 30th day of September of each school academic year during the term of this Agreement, CHARTER SCHOOL shall provide AUTHORIZER with a current list of all of its employees, and shall cause each of its subcontractors, if any, to provide AUTHORIZER with a current list of all of such subcontractor’s employees providing services at CHARTER SCHOOL. Such lists shall contain the names, job positions and social security numbers of all applicable employees. Such list shall also include: (i) for each employee, the date of initiation and date for completion of any criminal background investigation required by law and the results of any such background check; and

  • Materials for Employee Choice Each year prior to open enrollment, the Appointing Authority will give eligible employees the information necessary to make open enrollment selections. Employees will be provided a statement of their current coverage each year of the contract.

  • Compensation for Employees Employees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available.   • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.
