Applicable Employees. This provision is applicable only to Employees who retire on or after November 1, 2006.

Applicable Employees. An employee is changed from full-time to part-time shall receive credit for his service. An employee whose status is changed to part-time shall receive credit for prior to March on the basis one year equals hours worked and for service after March an employee shall receive seniority on the basis of one year equals hours worked. Such employee shall be enrolled in the employee benefit plans subject to meeting any waiting period or other of those plans.
Applicable Employees. If an employee is authorized to work, during the lunch break, due to the requirements of patient care, he will be paid t i m e and one-half his regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of his normal daily hours.
