Qualified Medical Child Support Order. If You are required by a Qualified Medical Child Support Order or court order, as defined by applicable State or federal law, to enroll Your child under this Agreement, and the child is otherwise eligible for the coverage, You must request permission from Oscar for Your child to enroll under this Agreement, and once approved by Xxxxx, We will provide the benefits of this Agreement in accordance with the applicable requirements of such order. Coverage for Dependents, gained through a court order, including a child support order, will be effective the first day of the court order. If permitted by Xxxxx, the Qualified Individual may elect a later coverage effective date in accordance with the rules of Oscar.
