QUALIFYING LISTS. (a) A composite list of the aggregate scores shall be submitted by the Examination Board to the Deputy Fire Chief for transmittal to the Fire Chief. Where the aggregate scores of employees are relatively equal, seniority will be the determining factor in the ranking among said employees.
