QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES AND PARTICIPATION. 17.1.1 Contractor shall comply with the County’s ongoing comprehensive Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program (42 C.F.R. § 438.330(a)) and work with the County to improve established outcomes by following structural and operational processes and activities that are consistent with current practice standards.
