Participation of County Behavioral Health Director’s Association of California. The County AOD Program Administrator shall participate and represent the County in meetings of the County Behavioral Health Director’s Association of California for the purposes of representing the counties in their relationship with DHCS with respect to policies, standards, and administration for AOD abuse services. The County AOD Program Administrator shall attend any special meetings called by the Directors of DHCS. Participation and representation shall also be provided by the County Behavioral Health Director’s Association of California.
