If XY may not be certified according to IATF 16949, then XY is obliged to maintain a management system in accordance with the currently valid version of DIN EN ISO 9001 and, in agreement with BPW, to nevertheless meet the specific requirements contained in IATF 16949 or the reference manuals of the Automotive Industry Action Group (hereinafter referred to as ʺAIAGʺ). In order that BPW may verify this obligation, an appropriate work plan is to be set up by XY, listing the measures being taken to meet the requirements.
