Common use of QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL PATH REPORTS Clause in Contracts

QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL PATH REPORTS. CONTRACTOR shall complete input of quarterly and annual HMIS data into the PATH PDX System for submission to the State. Quarterly reports are due October 20, January 20, April 20, and July 20 for each fiscal year, and the annual report is due October 20 following the end of the prior fiscal year being reported. ADMINISTRATOR will provide reminders to CONTRACTOR of the pending due dates for the PATH reports.
