Benefits Assistance. CONTRACTOR shall assist Clients with benefits assessment, problem-solving, and/or acquisition (SSI, SSDI, etc.).

The programs may help people understand the eligibility criteria for benefits, the benefits provided by the program,the payment process and the rights of beneficiaries; provide consultation and advice; helpthem complete benefits application forms. This is done ina one-on-one setting. It is tracked inthe Network of Care referral dashboard. Overall service units will be entered in NAMISas group utilization. (Similar to AIRStaxonomy FT-1000 to meet § 68-1116 (c) service). NOTE: References to Hbenefits" have been removed from 18. Financial Counseling to avoid confusion between thetwo services.
Benefits Assistance. During the 2014 Local Issues discussions, the parties agreed that the Company will continue to allow the current Local Union 104 President, in office as of 5/16/2014, paid time hours. This is a total of twenty four (24) hours of paid time per week at the Union Hall. This understanding will terminate with the expiration of the 2014 labor agreement. The Union requested the hours at the Union Hall to work on benefits matters for employees. If the current Local Union 104 President, as of 5/16/2014, is no longer in office during the term of the 2014 Labor Agreement, Local Union 104 Business Agent and Xxxxxxx Operationsʼ Plant Manager(s) will evaluate this agreement with the intent of identifying a qualified individual from the bargaining unit.
Benefits Assistance. The Company shall pay to Consultant a fee equal to ten thousand two hundred ninety dollars ($10,290.00) (the “Benefits Assistance”), payable in equal monthly installments of eight hundred fifty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($857.50).
